Hi, I'm Pete!

I am a former Special Education teacher who has experienced the benefits of a balanced approach to nutrition and fitness. Over the years I have tried all the different fads, “bro science” and nutrition “hacks” with little to no progress, but through years of studying nutrition and fitness I have learned to live a realistic healthy lifestyle. I have learned how to build muscle and boost the metabolism so that I am able to eat more food without gaining body fat. I want to help guide others on their journey so they don’t waste time following bad advice like I did.

My goal is to use my skills from public education to help teach clients how to reach their goals and maintain progress in a sustainable way—without restrictive diets or "insane" workouts. I believe you can enjoy the foods you love while making healthy choices. By incorporating principles from Behavioral Psychology, I support clients in making lasting, lifelong changes.
